but they still haven’t answered… they will probably come back with something like, “sorry can’t help, contact amazon games support” again… no wonder the integration isn’t enabled, the reason they can’t get it working is that the amazon games team and the twitch team do not communicate with each other even though amazon owns twitch… you would think they would know how to fix it… or at least enable the damn link button again so that we can give the drops out even if the integration side isn’t working. it’s the account link and the creator program.
they gave me the whole, “twitch has no say in who is in the creator program, please contact amazon games support”, so i basically told them they (amazon games support) told me to contact twitch support because it’s handled on their end and explained for the third time that I’m in the creator program and that having the link to the game itself doesn’t allow me to give drops. after a bit of back and forth explaining that, they said i needed to contact twitch support to get my game re-linked to my twitch account as it was twitches side that could do it… so i contacted twitch support… got the same copy/pasted “how to get drops” had to re-explain i wanted the link, linked back to my account. So i went to amazon support to see if they could enable it seeing is how they said they “fixed a crash with the integration” but they just copy/pasted a “how to get drops from twitch” and after explaining to them that i wanted to “GIVE” drops cause I’m in the creator program, but can’t due to not being able to link the game to twitch.
